Rates through December 31, 2006

All rates include breakfast and afternoon tea but not NY State tax of 8% which will be added at checkout.

Rates throughout the year with discount during mid-week:

Weekends:            Friday and Saturday
Double occupancy:    $120.00 per room per night
Single occupancy:        $75.00 per room per night

Midweek:  Sunday to Thursday

Double occupancy:     $100.00 per room per night      
Single occupancy:       $65.00 per room per night

No minimum stay is required. However during weekends from July 1 –
October 31 a two night stay is requested and will be given priority. 
When available one night reservations are accepted

Third night stay:

Double occupancy:    $70.00 per room per night
Single occupancy:      $45.00 per room per night

Senior discount – 10% * 

*Not available during weekends from 1 July – October 31

Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

We welcome craft groups, spiritual groups, retreats, musical groups, non-profits etc.  Good meeting and work spaces are available

We often serve dinners to groups here at the Inn.  If this is the case when you are here you are welcome to join in the feasting and good company for $25.00 per person.

No charge for individual room cancellationswith 48 hour notice.

We are particularly well suited for small group activities. Please call to discuss special rates and meal plans.
